Ken,you're dozer is looking pretty good. Did you replace the hydraulic hoses or are they original. I had new ones made up but they are not the original size. Art

Hi Art I reused the original fittings and used a lower presser hose that is rated for only 300 psi but with the saftey rating and the ca1 system is only 600 psi the hoses work fine it is the only hose that seems to work with the original fittings in the world I spent weeks tring to find a hose that fits I will post the mfg and the part number

Hi Ken, this is a number that I got from Ray Rigaud. " Precision Hydraulics " Hose and fittings 330-995-5500 I had a chance to have some new hose and fittings made up so I went with that. It doesn't hurt to have some extra information on hand. I am almost done with the new rollers and I have one of the tracks apart and instaling new pin and bushings. I had an acident with my lathe and busted a couple of gears. I am repairing the broken ones then back to work. Thanks, Art

my milling machine and lathe got a work out with my ca1 I would not be at home with out them I think I called them they told me about using low pressure hose
