I'm just getting started on building my home in New Mexico. Between unpacking and building up the pad for the foundation. I took a few hours today to tinker with the OK Dozer that I hauled here 2 weeks ago. It appears fairly complete (missing the Braden Winch), but most parts are there and it is fairly original. I think both the engine and tracks are seized, so I'm hoping to tear a few things down to arrest the decay. Today I took a few photos and opened up the rear drive. It was rusty with 1" of water in the case. I drained it, added a lot of PB Blaster and will put some kerosene in there to let it work its wonder. (Any suggestions gladly accepted).
This will take a long time to redo due to the condition of some parts and everything appears to be seized.
Original Reg No still visible. Hard to tell if it was Blue or White lettering.
Interior of rear drive!

Re: Oz working on the 2nd Clark
Have been focusing on building my house, so the restoration has lagged. I finished building up the house pad by 6" and am laying out the batter boards and string lines for the form-boards. Will begin footer trenching next week.
I decided to pull the plugs and see what we had...looked very dry in the cylinders, but until I pull the head it's impossible to tell condition. I sprayed a gob of PB Blaster in each plug hole. We'll just let it do it's stuff. The thing has been sitting for 12 years so no telling what the condition is.
