With the assumption its an original from the factory and to this machine..
Here is what is embossed on the tag:
MODINE MFG Co. RACINE, WIS. U.S.A.
model ; AD 47 18 - 024
MAYBE HELP ANYONE WHO MIGHT GET LUCKY AND FIND A NOS UNIT SOMEDAY.. YA NEVER KNOW
