How do I Post Pictures on this Site?

Post by mhowardems »

Hi,

I have several pictures I would like to post of the 2 dozers and scraper we have. But have not figured out how to do this. Can someone give me a procedure for doing this.

Thank-you

Hello Mike,
its best to use a free image upload site. I am using "webshots" Their site is
http://www.webshots.com/

Almost all sites require you to register, but that is a quick process. Each site is somewhat different, but once registered you can upload images into different "folders" that you create. you can make the folders or "albums" public or private. Either way, there is a page on the site, that once you upload your image, and select it, you can copy specific code that will allow you to copy and paste directly into the Post a Reply page and it will show up in your post as a photo. You do not type any code, you simply copy the data and paste it into the post you are working on. The code looks like this: (except the following will be in front of and behind the code [/img])

Notice in the block there is an area called Post in a Forum. You simply click your mouse on this block, it will highlight it in blue, you can copy, then paste right into your post as a separate line. That line will appear as a photo. Try it a few times and eventually you will figure out the procedure. If you run into a snag, you can send me an pm for my email. I also have skype.

I hope this helps!
