Hi everyone - just a note to say hi and I'm the guy who bought Oz's #2 Clarkair.

A bit of a profile - I collected my first Jeep when I was 18 (about 40 years ago) and have had ww2 military vehicles ever since :D

Currently between my wife and myself (yep I hit the jackpot as she's a collector of ww2 vehicles as well) :o :D we have 9 military vehicles and the Clarkair makes 10. 7 are fully restored and shown regularly and 2 are under restoration right now.

I'm in the market for a winch for the Clarkair if ones turns up for sale.

As I have done alot of Jeeps over the years the Clarkair is a big breath of fresh air and Im quite excited. I look forward to meeting some of you guys some time.

We have a considerable amount of ww2 British gear down here although alot have gone to the scrapyards and are now Toyota door panels :( e but if I can be of any help to anyone please feel free to ask.

Warm regards Wayne

Wayne,
I'm very glad you joined the forum. Together the lot of us will build a Clark Army!! I am happy that someone of your caliber is going to tackle No. 2. As soon as I get my home built I want to dig into No. 1. Again...welcome to you and your lovely wife.
