battery box construction... need a good photo

Post by dachoppa »

anyone on this board lucky enough to have the origianl battery box frame, as well as the top cover, on their machine?

I am going to need to make up this assemby.

I may make more if others need them, but to do so, I need some good clear photos and some accurate dimensions.

I am a mechanical engineer, have access to (and use daily) a CAD drawing package. I interact with and have good working relationships with a few good area sheet metal suppliers willing to work with me on producing parts, realized I am NO business with deep pockets!

Still, it wil cost something, and the more made the cheaper it can become.

Ill probalby make some seat frames as well when I get around to it. It appears to be standard sized angle iron, some formed sheet metal pans for the base tool box and side supports, and a bent and formed round bar stock.

I weld adequetly.. I can make a number of items, just need help getting drawings, pictures and the like.

Dave,
Mine is missing the Battery Box. I bought the Clark in OK and will pick it up in April. I think it has a batt box.
